The Life Eternal Trust
The Life Eternal Trust was founded by Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1983 for Spreading Sahaja Yoga Meditation in India and Around the World.
The Trust is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all the initiatives as guided by Shri Mataji.
Shri Mataji
Shri Mataji envisioned a world where people would be transformed, and lead more balanced lives. Starting in 1970, She worked to help people meditate and achieve greater spiritual heights, and developed the techniques that form the basis of Sahaja Yoga. She had an innate gift to help people experience their Self-Realization.
Sahaja Yoga
Sahaja Yoga was started by Shri Mataji in the year 1970. It teaches a unique method of meditation, rooted in ancient spiritual knowledge. Sahaja Yoga has helped millions of people around the world to get balance in life and is practiced in over 140 countries.
